We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a long-term residential construction project in Derby.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential finishing works and proven experience managing finishing trades and subcontractors through the later stages of a development.

Key Responsibilities

-Overseeing and coordinating finishing trades on site.

-Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.

-Monitoring progress and working to programme deadlines.

-Carrying out quality checks and managing snagging.

-Coordinating with the Site Management team and other trades.

-Ensuring areas are completed and ready for handover.

-Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship.

Requirements

-Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects.

-Valid CSCS card - required.

-SMSTS - required.

-First Aid - required.

-Strong knowledge of residential finishing works.

-Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
