Gold Group Ltd is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer for a well-known facilities management organisation based in Birmingham. The role covers planned and reactive fabric maintenance across building areas, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met and remedial works completed to keep sites functional and safe.
The candidate should have post-apprenticeship experience, strong knowledge of building fabric systems, and a valid driving licence. A City & Guilds apprenticeship or equivalent is desirable.
