Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues for residents across our metro-area properties. This is a full-time, field-based role with a focus on reliable service and safety compliance.
You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks, document work with photos, and coordinate with the Maintenance Lead. A valid driver’s license and 2–3 years in maintenance are required, with the potential for growth within the team.
