Job Title:Multi Skilled Plumber
Location:South & Central Birmingham
Contract:September start, ongoing contract, 5 months
Hours:Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Rate:£20.27per hour (CIS)

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced
Multi Skilled Plumber
to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day Plumbing repair sand general maintenance.
- Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic/social housing settings
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, etc.)
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing
- Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
