Youll be working for an established contractor in the Solihull area, known for delivering high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties. Youll be part of an experienced team with a reliable workload and long-term stability in your role as a Multi Trade Operative.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Completing basic plumbing repairs where required
• Undertaking occasional patch plastering
• Working within occupied social housing properties
• Delivering high-quality responsive repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areas

• A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Their own van and tools
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Strong carpentry experience
