This Multi Trade Operative role offers consistent work, an ongoing contract, and the opportunity to start within the next two weeks.
Youll be working for an established contractor in the Solihull area, known for delivering high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties. Youll be part of an experienced team with a reliable workload and long-term stability in your role as a Multi Trade Operative.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
- Completing basic plumbing repairs where required
- Undertaking occasional patch plastering
- Working within occupied social housing properties
- Delivering high-quality responsive repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areas
- A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Their own van and tools
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Strong carpentry experience
- Basic plumbing skill...
