Multi Skilled Engineer
Birmingham
Up to £40,000 + £200 Callout
Permanent
Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join the engineering team at a large commercial building in Birmingham.
This is a varied building services role covering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical systems.
The Role
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
Work on AHUs, FCUs, BMS and chillers
Complete general electrical maintenance and fault finding
Carry out basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day building services issues
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
18th Edition Electrical Certification
Strong building services maintenance experience
Experience with AHUs, FCUs, BMS and chillers
Basic plumbing maintenance experience
Electrical apprenticeship desirable
Hours
Rotating shifts:
06:30 - 15:00
09:00 - 17:30
30-minute unpaid lunch.
Package
Salary up to £40,000
£200 callout payment for the week
Callout rota of 1 in 4
Permanent position within an established FM contract
