Electrical Maintenance Technician

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Electrician to join our client's field-based team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across Domestic, Commercial and Industrial environments. The role will involve electrical repairs, installations, fault finding and maintenance, including three-phase systems, distribution boards, pumps, motors, lighting and emergency lighting.

Roles & Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs. Install and replace electrical equipment, lighting, sockets and distribution boards. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults. Carry out three-phase electrical repairs. Install and maintain pumps and motors. Test and maintain emergency lighting systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical information. Complete job sheets and accurately record works undertaken. Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service. About You Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Experience in three-phase electrical maintenance. Knowledge of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial electrical systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Full UK Driving Licence with at least 12 months' driving experience. AM2 desirable.

Working Hours & Pay Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
