Refrigeration Engineer (Install Bias)

Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer with an installation bias to join our expanding team in Birmingham
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in commercial refrigeration who is looking for a long-term role offering great earning potential, career development, and a supportive working environment.

• Install, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across retail and hospitality sites.
• Diagnose and repair faults on display cabinets, cold rooms, and pack systems.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards.
• Complete electronic job reports accurately.
• Participate in the on-call rota (approximately 1 week in
  6).

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
• F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• Experience working on commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Good knowledge of remote packs and control systems such as Danfoss and Carel.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Able to work independently with a professional, customer-focused approach.

• Salary up to £45,000
• Attendance bonus of up to £1,200 per year
