Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Damper Engineer to join a growing and established team in the West Midlands. Due to an increase in workload and continued company growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a long-term position with a company that can offer stability and progression.

Testing and inspecting fire dampers across commercial and residential sites.
Carrying out routine fire damper inspections in line with relevant standards and regulations.
Identifying defects and completing remedial works where required.
Completing accurate service reports and recording inspection findings.
Working across a range of client sites throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Providing a professional service while maintaining strong health and safety standards.
Being flexible to work both day and twilight shifts when required.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Fire Damper Engineer or within a similar role.
Strong knowledge of fire damper testing, inspection and remedial works.
Ideally hold knowledge of or a qualification relating to BS 9999:2017.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
Full UK driving licence.
Flexibility to work day and twilight shifts.
Willingness to stay away from home when required.
