Field Service Engineer; Mechanical Installations and Repair

Pay: £36,000.00 per year

As a Mobile Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial catering and beverage equipment at customer sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a prompt, professional, and reliable service.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial coffee machines.
• Install and commission commercial coffee machines, dishwashers, and ice machines.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible.
• Respond to service breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customers with training and guidance on the correct operation of equipment.
• Complete service documentation accurately and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or Mobile Maintenance Engineer.
• Experience servicing commercial coffee machines or similar catering equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to interact with customers.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• A full UK driving licence
