NG Bailey Group in Birmingham is seeking a full-time building services technician with heating and air conditioning expertise to deliver planned and reactive maintenance in commercial environments. You will contribute to 24/7 service delivery, work to PPM programmes, meet SLA targets, and use the CAFM system to update job sheets and certificates.
Core hours are 08:00–16:30, with on-call/out-of-hours and overtime as required.
