Electrician
to join us on a new long term contract in our successful Response Maintenance Business covering the
West Midlands
.You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing clients.

- Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements on mutual exchanges
- Voids - Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re-let
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.
- Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, with an 18th Edition certificate and AM2, which is essential
- City & guild 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing is preferrable
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the
Electrician
role.
A company van will be provided.
