KOCH Group AG am Standort Birsfelden sucht eine/n Verkaufsberater Innendienst in Vollzeit (100%). Sie beraten Kunden telefonisch, bearbeiten Anfragen, Offerten und Bestellungen sowie Retouren und führen die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung im ERP-System durch.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst sichert eine optimale Kundenbetreuung. Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) im Eisenwaren-/Handwerksbereich oder vergleichbar, bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich
