Salary: £24,960 per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:

Permanent – Direct with the nursery

Level 2 Nursery Practitioner – Be Part of a Friendly, Supportive Nursery Team

We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Bishops Stortford that we’ve worked closely with for many years. We know the team well and can confidently say it’s a warm, welcoming setting where staff are genuinely valued and supported.

They’re now looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join them on a permanent basis.

If you enjoy getting stuck into activities, supporting children’s development, and being part of a positive team environment — this could be the perfect next step for you.

What the role involves:

* Supporting the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS

* Assisting with fun, engaging activities that support learning through play

* Helping to create a safe, happy and stimulating environment

* Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

* Supporting observations and children’s development records

* Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure the best outcomes for children

What they’re looking for:

* A full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification

* A genuine passion for working with young children

* A reliable, positive and proactive attitude

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare

What’s on offer:
