Location: Bishops Stortford

Salary: DOE | Up to £52,480 OTE (uncapped)

Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays

A respected workshop in Bishop’s Stortford is expanding and now seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who wants strong earning potential, modern facilities, and ongoing training including hybrid and EV development.

• Pre‑delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
• Servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying required work
• Carrying out minor repairs, diagnostics and electrical checks
• Warranty repairs and accurate job write‑ups
• Road‑testing vehicles to confirm repair quality

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
• Full UK driving licence
• High attention to detail and strong workshop standards
• Diagnostic, MOT or EV experience is beneficial but not essential
