Minimum QualificationsTransportation Billing Analyst I: ($57,110 - $71,390)
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Transportation Billing Analyst II: ($63,860 - $79,830)
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
- Two years of accounting related experience.
Transportation Billing Analyst III: ($73,460 - $91,830)
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
- Four years of accounting related experience.
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber‑attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsor ships considered.
- Subject to pre‑employment drug testing and background checks.
- Must maintain confidentiality of Company information.
Transportation Billing Analyst I
- Natural gas pipeline industry‑related experience.
Transportation Billing Analyst II
- Natural gas pipeline industry‑related experience.
- Understand and apply the provisions of the Company's FERC gas tariff and contract language.
Transportation Billing Analyst III
- Natural gas pipeline industry‑related experience.
- Prior Transportation Billing Analyst experience.
- Develop and maintain superior customer relations with both internal and external customers.
- Provide assistance in developing and maintaining the Gas Management System to ensure compliance with tariff requirements.
- Process and analyze volume distribution, volume accounting, revenue and reserve accounting, including contract billing.
- Prepare monthly fuel reimbursement calculation and reconciliation of deferral accounts. Assist in the preparation of the semi‑annual and annual fuel reimbursement filings.
- Prepare and analyze monthly system balancing reports.
- Process and review accounts receivable activity and prepare reporting requirements.
- Prepare and analyze company storage accounting.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
