Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and optimize financial operations. This includes invoicing, payment collections, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate records and prompt cash flow.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Net Suite and Salesforce is preferred. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend assistance.
