This is a supportive force in the Financial Management Division. You will assist with various programs and People Soft modules that are time sensitive and require analytical and computer technical skills. A problem solver with strong communication skills and impeccable attention to detail, you have the ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and a team player.

• Review payment vouchers and employee expenses, correct as necessary.
• Enter vouchers for payment.
• Maintain vendor and employee data in SharePoint and File Net.
• Analyze and correct coding on p-card transactions.
• Payroll Accountant.
• Reconcile vendor statements and insurance billings, correct discrepancies.
• Upload state fleet vouchers and review for accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple requests at one time. Excellent communication skills, experience with preparing worksheets, fiscal analysis, reviewing expenditures, and problem-solving are preferred.

You must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related degree with a major in accounting, and one year of professional accounting and/or auditing experience.
