• Oversee the full accounting function, ensuring a timely close and delivering clear, actionable financial reporting while strengthening processes and controls.
• Focus on proactive cash management and forecasting, especially within a leasing‑based model where timing and flow drive decisions.
• Build and maintain financial projections across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Partner with executive leaders as part of the leadership team to shape strategy, support store operations with practical insights, and lead teams across Accounting, HR, and IT.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA strongly preferred).
• 7+ years leading accounting functions and teams.
• Experience in complex environments with multiple revenue streams, including leasing, sales, inventory, and multi‑location operations.
• Strong technical accounting expertise combined with business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for leaders.
• Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style that thrives in close‑knit environments; experience in a privately held or ESOP company is a plus.
