We are currently seeking the right candidate to join our team as the Accounting Assistant - Part Time Position.

Looking for the right candidate with a background in bookkeeping and accounting!

• Working closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office
• Assists Business Office Manager with projects/assignments as needed
• Processing accounts payables for Bismarck and Sioux Falls locations
• Processing payroll for Bismarck and Sioux Falls locations (semi-monthly)
• Human Resource responsibilities to include onboarding, HCM management, I9 compliance, background checks

• Experience processing payroll
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Accounts Payable
• Excellent time-management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks
• A genuine interest in working with a senior population
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and staff members.
• Enjoy being part of a team
• An above-average level of attention to detail and accuracy
