Job Details
  • Pay: $18 per hour
  • Schedule:

    Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with some Saturdays; 40+ hours per week
  • Assignment:
    Temporary;
    February to mid-April
What You’ll Be Doing

As Administrative Support, you’ll be essential to our daily operations. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Front‑Line Communication:
    Professionally answering phones and warmly greeting clients who visit our office.
  • Document Management:
    Accurately scanning, printing, and assembling client tax returns, while maintaining up-to-date client records.
  • Office Support:
    Handling general administrative tasks as needed, which can include assisting with accounting duties.
