Front Desk Data Entry Specialist

Location:

North Dakota, USA

Work authorization: US Citizen

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant administrative experience
• Experience supporting military, federal, or comparable organizational environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong data entry accuracy and database management skills
• Experience preparing correspondence, reports, and official documentation
• Knowledge of records management and file plan maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
• Professional front desk and customer service experience

• Perform TAP data entry into AFFIRST, DoD TAP, and other required systems
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring correspondence within required timelines
• Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in accordance with performance thresholds
• Serve as Record Custodian for the M&FRC
• Manage calendars, class rosters, and classroom preparation
• Provide professional reception and visitor management
• Ensure compliance with DAFI 36-3009 and applicable Air Force policies
