Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a full‑time Office Assistant to support our Bismarck office. This position plays an important role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while providing professional, courteous service to clients, visitors, and team members. The Office Assistant serves as a key member of the office operations team, providing front desk coverage, administrative support, and assistance with a variety of office services functions.
This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Project a professional and friendly image by providing efficient, courteous service to clients and visitors, both in person and by telephone
- Open the office, prepare the reception area for the day, and assist with office closing procedures
- Order, stock and maintain supplies and equipment
- Perform general office duties such as making deliveries, running errands, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Provide general office administration support - Assist with computer equipment coordination and office moves
- Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants (LAAs), paralegals and attorneys as needed
- Perform other job‑related duties and special projects as required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional office environment
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with desktop technologies
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Client‑service orientation and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Standard work hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with some flexibility
- Temporary position lasting approximately one month, with possibility of extension
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is required

CompensationEstimated starting pay range: $20–$25 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
