Position Summary:

This position provides support to the North Dakota Program Director and program team in advancing Care and Support initiatives, fulfilling grant-related objectives, and achieving established performance metrics. Primary responsibilities include data entry, grant reporting, and administrative support. This position is partially grant funded and will help to fulfill requirements of a contract with the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Aging Services Section.

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week with no benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry across relevant systems to support effective grant reporting and program tracking.
  • Supervises and provides technical assistance to data entry volunteers to manage attendance and track attendance in database.
  • Maintains correct volunteer records across systems.
  • Assists Program Leadership team in monitoring quantitative and qualitative chapter and volunteer impact data to ensure growth of unduplicated individuals receiving Care & Support programs and achievement of all grant-related goals.
  • Co-lead the compilation and organization of all comprehensive grant reports, including the collection and analysis of historical data to support accurate and timely submissions.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping and maintenance of up-to-date files for all programs, services, and grant-related activities to meet funder requirements and support ongoing grant compliance and evaluation.
  • Manage inventory of printed and non-printed materials related to programs and services, including brochures, topic sheets, and promotional items.
  • Provide administrative support by coordinating program reminders, preparing and mailing materials, and scheduling events and meetings.
  • Responsible for office operations; including maintaining office equipment, ordering office supplies, answering phones, processing mail and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, data management or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent data management and administrative skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with experience to effectively organize, prioritize and schedule multiple priorities and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with volunteers, staff and community organizations
  • Able to manage projects independently and report outcomes effectively
  • High level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of CRM databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Office-based with travel rarely required.
