We are seeking two experienced B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a growing automotive repair team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who take pride in quality repairs, enjoy working on a variety of vehicles, and want to be rewarded for productivity. You'll work in a clean, air-conditioned facility with modern equipment, consistent workflow, and a leadership team committed to supporting your success.

• Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
• Perform basic automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
• Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently while delivering high-quality repairs and meeting productivity goals.

• At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience completing repairs from diagnosis through completion.
• Basic diagnostic experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience using or the ability to learn digital shop management systems and Digital Vehicle Inspections.
• Professional, dependable, and organized with a proven track record of productivity.
• Dealership technicians are encouraged to apply.

• Hybrid hourly pay plus production bonuses.
