Job Summary
Responsible for the management of the regulatory affairs function (for multiple jurisdictions for the Utility Group only) in accordance with applicable governing statues, regulations and orders of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and State Regulatory Commissions (collectively, Commissions), and in accordance with regulatory techniques and practices appropriate within the natural gas and electric industries, to maximize earnings and services to customers while operating within governmental regulations, company policy and legal requirements.
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, engineering, or related field; and
- Seven years of accounting, finance/business, or engineering experience with increasing level of responsibilities in regulatory and prior leadership experience.
- CPA or MBA with a degree in accounting, economics, finance, engineering, or related field.
- Prior analytical or accounting experience.
- Prior project management experience.
- Experience with energy economics, conservation and energy efficiency programs, or economic regulation of public utilities.
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsor ships considered.
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Requires travel - minimal (up to 10%)
Offers Typically Range Between $97,110 - $121,390
