As a Principal Strategist, you’ll lead a team that develops 3‑12‑month business initiatives for the company. This role blends consulting‑style engagements with modern business design, focusing on uncovering growth blockers, identifying opportunities, and creating actionable plans.
You will be expected to understand retail trends, competitors, and customers to shape standards and concepts that meet future demands in the fast‑evolving, multi‑channel retail landscape, both locally and internationally.
You’ll also oversee and drive the execution of multiple projects through Mission Managers and Analysts, ensuring quality of design, problem‑solving, execution, synthesis, and communication of results.
Managing relationships with senior leaders across merchandising, marketing, and customer insights will enable you to influence strategic commercial decisions. In collaboration with strategy & innovation leaders, you’ll prioritize your team’s resources and grow the organization’s knowledge base in one or more areas.
Middle obligations of this role are defined within the process description. Job duties may also shift to accommodate business needs.
Qualifications- 4+years of work experience after graduate education in corporate strategy leadership roles, including assessment of business strategies, portfolio evaluation, problem‑solving, and development of multi‑year commercial plans; or 4+years of prior experience in specialized engagement/project leadership within a consulting firm.
