Midco is seeking Construction Technicians for a seasonal role in Bismarck, North Dakota. These team members will assist with the maintenance, expansion, and upgrade of Midco’s regional network infrastructure. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the telecommunications construction field. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

• $21.00 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI in past 5 years)
• Ability to complete Construction First Time Right certification within 60 days of hire
• Willingness to develop knowledge of construction, National Electrical Code, OSHA, and safety standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lbs. ladder
• Comfort working at heights and in tight spaces
• Reliable and predictable attendance

• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
