- First point of contact when greeting customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process payments
- Assist Account Managers will follow up service activities
- Maintain and document accurate records of customer interactions.
- Upbeat and friendly!
- Ability to relate and carry on conversations with customers.
- A passion for serving others with a customer centric and team player mindset.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Full time or part time position available
