Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer's Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer;
Perform Opening/Closing procedures, transport deposits to the bank, and manage daily planner;
Organize and prioritize workflow, recovery of merchandise, and participate in freight process;
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a Legendary shopping experience; uphold loss prevention standards;
Operate cash register and computer, supervise cash handling, and ensure proper application of policies and procedures
