Customer Service Representative

Our client, a prominent healthcare organization in Center City, is seeking a contracted Customer Service Representative to join their team! This Customer Service Representative will be answering customer's questions and support for their claims and additional inquiries.

About You:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Background in medical terminology or healthcare support is helpful
