Customer Service Specialist
Cornerstone Bank is looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our professional team in Bismarck! This position is responsible for processing new account transactions, assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services, cross-selling the Bank's products and services, maintaining and closing of all account types, providing customers in reception area and over the phone with a variety of account-related service assistance, performing location clerical duties, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
This part-time position will primarily provide coverage during the lunch hour and participate in the Saturday work rotation to support the needs of our customers and team.

What We're Looking For- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies
- Ability to field and answer requests via phone, e-mail, or in-person
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
