US Foods is seeking a customer service specialist to provide contact between National Sales customers and the sales team. You will process orders, handle inquiries, and respond to complaints, maintaining records in CRM and MS Word/Outlook.
The hybrid role requires about 10% onsite at central region distribution offices and 90% remote; schedule Sunday, Monday, Thursday-Saturday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT with Tue/Wed off. Overtime is possible.
