General Dentist (Pediatric Experience Preferred)
3–5 Days per Week

On behalf of our client, R.S.M.C. Services are seeking a passionate and patient-focused General Dentist with pediatric experience to join a well-established practice in beautiful Wichita, KS
. This opportunity is available as Locum or Permanent
, with strong clinical support, mentorship, and competitive compensation.

• $1,100/day or up to 30% of production (whichever is higher)

• Locum: No travel or lodging expenses covered
• Permanent: Relocation assistance available

• Help children and parents develop excellent oral health habits
• Lead and collaborate with an engaged dental care team
• Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide high-quality pediatric-focused dental care
• Coordinate referrals to dental specialists as needed
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered clinical environment
• Comply with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements

• Active dental license issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
• Board eligibility or certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
• Experience and passion for treating pediatric patients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire for professional growth and continuous learning
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid clinical knowledge of general dentistry

• Approximately 12 operative patients, including:
  • SSCs, NuSmile anterior crowns, composite restorations
  • Space maintainers, extractions
  • Protective stabilization, Nitrous Oxide administration
  • Emergency visits and sedation dentistry (primarily NO, OCS, behavior management, with potential for limited GA days)
• Approximately 25 hygiene exams
• Foster a supportive learning environment for doctors, patients, and dental professionals

• Mentorship and clinical education from experienced clinical leaders
• Up to $1,500 per year in CE reimbursement
• Reimbursement for state-required licenses and certifications
