** We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician - Urology in North Dakota.

** Adults  
** Setting:
** Clinic and Hospital Call Coverage  
** Responsibilities:
** Clinic visits, procedures, rounding on post-op patients and inpatient consults, on-call responsibilities including weekend/night call.  
** Required Procedures:
** Cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation  
** EMR System:
** EPIC  
** Support Staff:
** 3 RNs, 1 CNA  
** Days Per Month:
** Full-time, 1.0 FTE; estimated clinic patients daily, 1 3 hospital patients daily, 2 3 in-clinic procedures per day, 3 4 surgeries per surgery day  
** On-Call/Weekends:
** Weekend and night call required; avg. callback 1 5 hours
** Submission Requirements:**
* ** Board Certified in Urology** (preferred) or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
* ** Active North Dakota License** (highly preferred)
* ** Case logs required
** at presentation and offer
* ** Ability to complete credentialing
** within 90 days (ND license, DEA, supplemental docs, case logs)
* ** Comfortable with ongoing clinic and call coverage
