About the Position
We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a locum opportunity in Longmont, Colorado. This role includes hospital coverage on various days along with approximately four 24-hour in-house call shifts per month.

The practice includes a balanced case mix of low-risk (70%) and high-risk (30%) pregnancies, with an average of 3–4 deliveries per week per provider. Physicians can expect 4–5 patients per hospital day and 1–4 emergent OB/GYN surgeries per week. The team consists of multiple OB/GYN physicians and mid-level providers, ensuring collaborative support during coverage.

Responsibilities include management of obstetrics, labor & delivery, and gynecologic surgical procedures. The facility utilizes Epic for documentation and offers onsite lab and ultrasound services. Nursery services are Level II with transfer protocols in place for higher-level NICU care if needed.

Requirements

Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required)

Active Colorado Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification (Required)

BLS and ACLS Certifications (Required)

NRP Certification (Required)

Ability to perform required Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, and Gynecologic procedures

Recent Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days)
