August 17 - August 24, 8 AM - 8 AM
September 4 - September 14, 8 AM - 8 AM
September 18 - September 21, 8 AM - 8 AM or September 25 - September 28, 8 AM - 8 AM
October 2 - October 12, 8 AM - 8 AM
October 16 - October 19, 8 AM - 8 AM or October 23 - October 26, 8 AM - 8 AM or October 30 - November 2, 8 AM - 8 AM
Two weekends needed; one weekend covered internally
November 6 - November 16, 8 AM - 8 AM
November 20 - November 23, 8 AM - 8 AM
December 4 - December 7, 8 AM - 8 AM or December 11 - December 14, 8 AM - 8 AM
December 18 - December 28, 8 AM - 8 AM

Shift Description
Call, clinic, and scheduled surgeries
Average callback: 1-5 hours
Ongoing coverage needed

Requirements
Board Certified Urology
Board Eligible accepted if within 5 years of residency
North Dakota license - Highly Preferred
Active DEA

Required Procedures / Skills
Cystoscopy
Cystoscopy with dilation

Assignment Details
Daily volume: 1-3 patients when on call
Clinic volume: 15-20 scheduled patients per day
In-clinic procedures: 2-3 per day
Surgeries:
Typically 3-4 scheduled cases plus emergent cases
Support staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA
Rounding required on post-operative patients and inpatient consults when on day call
Clinic located within the hospital
Credentialing timeframe:
Approximately 90 days
EMR: EPIC
