• Collaborate with SMEs to design & develop engaging, learner‑centric eLearning materials.
• Translate complex concepts and processes into simple, interactive learning modules.
• Create high‑quality multimedia content, including videos, infographics, simulations, and animations.
• Regularly review & update existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.
• Ensure all instructional content adheres to organizational brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Utilize modern instructional design methodologies, including adult learning principles, to create impactful learning experiences.
• Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to ensure compatibility with LMS platforms and content standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
• Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in instructional design and technologies.

• Graduate in Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development.
• Proficiency in instructional theories, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
• Expertise in eLearning tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate.
• Basic knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other content compatibility standards.
• Experience with multimedia content creation, including video editing, audio narration, and animation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for content development and collaboration.
• Creativity in designing interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Thinks outside the box to design unique and impactful learning solutions.
• Works effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Identifies areas for improvement in learning materials and takes the initiative to act.
• Quickly adjusts to feedback, project changes, or new technologies.
• Prioritizes the needs of learners in all instructional design activities.
• Delivers error‑free and high‑quality content consistently.
• Keeps skills and knowledge up to date with emerging trends in eLearning and design.
