Paraprofessional / IA
The role is to supervise and support students during the after‑school program at Highland Acres for the 2026‑27 school year.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating the program from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times based on schedule.
- Providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students.
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to follow the school calendar and any special events.
- Assisting with homework help, recreational activities, and transitions to home transportation.
- High school or trade school degree preferred.
- U.S. citizenship, residency, or valid work visa required.
- Prior experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
