Bismarck Public Schools is accepting applications for an Instructional Coach/Library Media Specialist at Prairie Rose Elementary School beginning the  School Year. The teaching contract is 187 days and New Teacher Orientation is August 11th, 12th, 13th, 2026.

• Provide coaching to teachers in content areas to improve instruction and student learning.
• Support district teaching and learning practices, build instructional expertise, and act as a district content specialist.
• Maintain confidentiality of schools, teachers, and classrooms.
• Demonstrate knowledge of content and grade‑level North Dakota content standards.
• Use assessment results to guide instruction and support teachers in doing the same.
• Apply research and best practices in instructional design and differentiated instruction.

• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure teachers and support personnel administer, collect, and analyze data efficiently.
