Wyld Life Team Leader

Are you passionate about reaching middle school students with the hope of Jesus and helping build something from the ground up?

Young Life is seeking a Wyld Life Team Leader to launch and develop a brand-new Wyld Life ministry in Mandan, North Dakota. Working alongside and under the supervision of the Bismarck/Mandan Area Director, this leader will help establish a thriving ministry that introduces middle school students to Jesus Christ and helps them grow in their faith.

This is a unique opportunity to pioneer ministry in a growing community, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, build relationships with students and schools, and create a sustainable ministry that will impact young people for years to come.

The Team Leader will play a key role in moving Wyld Life from a developing ministry to a healthy, established ministry through leader development, consistent contact work, gospel proclamation, discipleship opportunities, and long-term strategic planning.
