- Active North Dakota Special Education Teaching License (or eligibility to obtain one). Bachelor s degree in Special Education or a related field. Knowledge of IEP development, special education law, and instructional accommodations. Ability to collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Previous school-based experience preferred
