We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians/Paraprofessional IIs for full-time opportunities in the Bismarck area for the school year. This full-time position spans the entire school year and provides the opportunity to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success while working alongside educators and support staff in local school districts. Compensation ranges from $21-$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree or college coursework in education, psychology, behavioral sciences, or a related field preferred. Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school, behavioral health, childcare, or related setting preferred. Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow student support plans. Demonstrated patience, professionalism, and a commitment to student success. Ability to work one-on-one and in small-group settings with students. Experience supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, or other special needs preferred - Citizenship, residency or work visa required
