We are a civil engineer firm seeking a senior Drainage Engineer/Manager.
Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year.

- Lead and manage the design and development of drainage projects for transportation infrastructure.
- Assist with the development and management of a variety of transportation‑focused drainage projects for public sector clients.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, BMP design, and storm‑water permitting.
- Design and layout roadway drainage systems.
- Review, design, and understand construction plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Biosystems Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of prior related drainage design experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling applications (e.g., SWMM, Hydro
CAD, HY‑8, Micro Station/Geopak/ORD, AutoCAD). - Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be eligible to work in the specified location.
