Environmental Specialist

As an Environmental Specialist, you will have the privilege of conducting research, initiating and enforcing regulations, and shaping corporate strategies related to environmental safety and sustainability. • Evaluate the environmental performance of the company operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure all company operations comply with federal and state environmental regulations and laws.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and advise on how to minimize risk and environmental impact.
• Provide training and workshops for other departments to educate employees about environmental considerations and responsibilities.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, records, and documents relating to environmental compliance activities.
• Collaborate with various departments across P B Hoidale Co Inc to develop policies and procedures that support the company's sustainability goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in environmental compliance or a related field.
• Exceptional knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to articulate complex environmental compliance issues to a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with environmental testing equipment.
