The City of Bismarck is seeking staff to assist with technical plan review, field surveying, construction inspection, project design and project management functions. You will conduct development inspections and monitor contractors to ensure compliance with city standards.
Responsibilities include plan and design review, topographic and traffic surveys, and assisting with bid proposals. Proficiency with CAD and GIS tools is required, plus the ability to support other city departments.
