The contractor will conduct site visits, review historical records, and prepare comprehensive reports under ASTM E1527-21 guidelines.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of Phase I ESA experience, familiarity with regulatory databases, and strong technical writing skills. Familiarity with Quire templates is a plus.
