What You’ll DoCornerstone Bank is looking for a Personal Banking Manager to join our professional team in Bismarck. This candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, coordinating and developing the personal banking team in the location they are responsible for using a customer‑focused needs‑based approach to educate clients about banking services. This individual will also help develop, review and adjust development plans, coach staff on effective service and selling techniques, conduct team meetings to introduce new products, train on existing products, review procedures, communicate company information, handle customer complaints, and maintain audits and security standards.
Incumbent is also jointly accountable for the bank's consumer deposit and loan growth, and profit goals of the location.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, or financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
- Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from senior management, employees, and customers
- Demonstrated understanding of retail and business banking products
- Understanding of credit principles and practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 5 years of bank experience with 2 years of managing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
