The Credit Administration team is responsible for company-wide credit oversight, including credit quality, policy, administration and credit related processes, with a focus on loan portfolio management and reporting, including segmentation and assessment of our exposures under normal and stressed scenarios.
Within Credit Administration, the Appraisal Review team supports Commercial, Small Business and Consumer Lending. As a Senior Commercial Review Appraiser, you will ensure compliance with the valuation of real property as outlined in federal regulations and bank policy in order to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities- You will solicit bids from qualified appraisers and act as liaison during the appraisal process with appraisers and internal customers.
- You will complete internal evaluations and validations of commercial real estate properties.
- You will review and validate appraisals of complex and higher‑risk commercial property types.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in appraising and/or reviewing appraisals for commercial and/or residential real estate properties.
- You are a state certified general commercial appraiser.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively apply bank policy and regulatory requirements to daily responsibilities.

$83,200 - $131,000
