You will work with experienced agents and managers who help you grow a personal clientele and provide long‑term financial security to clients.
Responsibilities- Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars tailored to a client’s risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from a trusted financial service professional.
- Collect personal financial information from each client, including status, cash flow, and expectations, and document it in our CRM.
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other products.
- Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products we offer.
- Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to the client’s risk tolerance and financial objectives for research before offering sound financial advice.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling and collaborate with teammates.
- Effective relationship‑management skills.
- Strong networking ability to identify potential new clients.
- Uncompromising integrity and strong communication skills for complex programs and ideas.
- Ability to convey complicated concepts and maintain principles such as honesty and integrity.
- Preferred:
Life & Health license. - Competitive, self‑motivated, and focused on results.
Base salary of $100,000 per year plus plan commission.
